Toronto Maple Leafs FanFest – September 11, 12, 13th, 2015
MLSE hosted 8,000 Leafs fans per day when it opened its doors of the ACC for a 3 day FanFest. Fans were treated to autograph sessions; a used equipment sale; dressing room tours; informative and entertaining Q+A sessions with alumni.
InMarket was integrated within the MLSE planning committee to assist with the planning and execution of this open house.
Scope of work included:
Design and production of effective way finding signage and info kiosks
Management of the logistics and execution of autograph sessions
Venue activation layout
Town-hall stage design, layout, production, stage management
Volunteer orientation and management
General event communication to fans
